After about 4.5 hours in the car, we stopped first at the waterfalls and hiked up for a few hours. It was hot but the falls felt nice and cool to put our feet in the water. After the hike was about another hour or two to arrive at our hotel, The Rock Valley Inn. We just hung out there in the common area for the rest of the evening and grilled out some steaks and chicken for dinner. The net day was a hike up the hills by the hotel and then lunch before another long bus ride home. It was good to get out of Lagos for the weekend and see lots of different landscapes in Nigeria.
Here are some of the sites on the way as we passed through the city of Ibadan.
